| PINGER
The shell PINGER is an autonomous device which means we can generate programmable duration and reapparition trajectory impulsions, as well as doubt removal impulsions and telemetry impulsions.
The trajectory impulsions can be at a fixed frequency, type TREMAIL, or ALTES code impulsions.
These impulsions are synchronous with a very precise clock installed on land equipped with an extremely precise internal quartz.
The PINGER has 4 configuration possibilities where the choice and implementation is activated by acoustic remote control.
It is entirely autonomous and has its owntransducer and energy source. Its frequency transmission band width is from 8 to 40 kHz for a transmission level of 191 dB.
Mechanically speaking, this device has an aluminium tube with a diameter of 200mm and is 740 mm long. At the front it has an epoxy resin cap which shelters the transducer and, at the back, a plug which gives access to the batteries, the running and shifting to standby mode of the device.
